I'm America's Next Top Chef

Okay, not really.

But I did make yummy popcorn balls which is one step closer to one of my 2011 bucket list goals (learn to cook).

In this process I learned 2 things:

1) I'm really impatient when it comes to stirring. You have to sit there until your arms want to fall off just so the carmel can get to a certain temperature. Good thing I had an awesome co-stirer (thanks mom!)

2) I'm a horrible food photographer. I promise they taste way better than they look :-)
